As your agent, typically the builder pays any/all commissions - so our services are at no cost for you! I am available to help you along the way to answer any questions, coordinate the sale, address any issues that may come up, & protect your best interest as clients.

I negotiate on your behalf with the builder to ensure you’re happy with your new home and all of the details!
